Recycling Sciences Inc. manufactures on-site distillation equipment for solvent recycling to allow reuse of contaminated petroleum or water-based solvents. Our systems are designed to save our customers money, eliminate the burden of onerous EPA hazardous waste storage and transport regulations, and to help them comply with Federal and local environmental and solvent recycling requirements.
RSI manufactures and distributes heavy-duty all-stainless, portable and stationary solvent distillation equipment designed for recycling flammable petroleum solvents through heat distillation. Our electrically-heated stills range in tank capacity from either our RSI-3, a 3 gallon Laboratory-grade solvent recycling distiller or our RSI-3 CT, a 3 gallon shop counter top solvent recycling distiller up to the RSI-55 CF, a 55 gallon tank capacity Continuous Flow Industrial system on a forklift skid. In addition, we also manufacture a RSI-250, a 250 gallon tank capacity Continuous Flow Industrial system on a forklift skid, details of which can be found in our Continuous Flow saction.
All systems are built to withstand vacuum. An air-powered vacuum distillation system, which will significantly reduce solvent distillation time and cost, is an optional addition for certain systems. On other systems, either an air powered or explosion proof electric powered vacuum system is standard and included in the price.
All of our solvent recycling systems are intrinsically safe and explosion proof, making them ideal for distilling flammable petroleum solvents.
