All RSI Systems recover and recycle solvent and other fluids using heat distillation. Each system has all-Stainless steel construction and in addition all wetted parts, as well as any other parts such as nipples or couplings that come into any contact with the solvent vapors or fuel products, is manufactured of stainless steel. All tubing is Teflon encapsulated mesh stainless steel. Each has intrinsically safe electronic controls, each is built to be, explosion proof, all have a water‑cooled condenser, automatic cycle end shutoff and an operator‑friendly, two‑button control system. Average training time to operate any RSI system is less than 45 minutes.
